1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of coaching services by

Ange Dove Business Coaching / Proof Perfect (“Coach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to you

(“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging in coaching services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Coaching services include personal branding, business coaching, and communications

training, delivered via online sessions, workshops, or other agreed formats. The scope,

schedule, and fees are agreed upon prior to commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

- Attend scheduled sessions on time

- Participate actively and complete agreed-upon actions

- Communicate honestly and openly

- Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations/rescheduling.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable in as agreed in advance. Payment is required prior to the start of

each coaching package or session. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching is confidential, except where disclosure is

required by law or with your written consent.

6. Results Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process; results depend on your commitment and actions.

No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the property of Ange Dove Business Coaching / Proof

Perfect. You may not reproduce, share, or sell these materials without written

permission.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions – You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided that you do so at least 48 hours before the next payment is due. Please note that processed

subscription payments are not eligible for a refund.

Courses - We have a no refund policy for courses. Any requests for refunds will be

considered on a case-by-case basis at the Coach's discretion.

Payment Plans - Full payment is required before any cancellation. Payments made

through a payment plan are also not eligible for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coach is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching. You

accept full responsibility for your progress and results.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of services indicates

acceptance of changes.
